A lot of people who know me also know about my, shall we say, distaste for double standards. It's ironic, then, that the American media would have such a double standard, showing respect for a religion practiced very widely in other countries, but showing no respect for the religion most practiced here in the U.S.
I guess I don't really care which they do, so long as it's the same standard.
